About Us
We are a family owned and operated funeral establishment
providing service in the communities of New Hamburg and Milverton and
their surrounding areas. Founded in 1977 by Mark Jutzi. Our two chapels
were owned and operated by Mark & Karen Jutzi for over 26 years.
Since 2003 Mark & Karen's son and daughter-in-law Trevor & his
wife Ellen Jutzi have owned and operated both locations while Mark &
Karen continue to be active in the day to day operations of the funeral
home. "Our Family Serving Your Family" aptly describes our
desire to provide professional and caring funeral services to the families
of our community and beyond.

Mark & Karen Jutzi
As our founders and namesake, Mark & Karen have a long history of
caring and personal service to both communities. Both growing up in
the Milverton area, Mark & Karen formally adopted New Hamburg as
their home over 30 years ago. Mark received his funeral directors licence
in 1967 and after several years of employment in various industries
he purchased the funeral home in New Hamburg in 1977. Karen received
her funeral directors licence in 1980 and served along with Mark until
the transfer to the next generation in 2003. Mark and Karen's genuine
friendliness and deep commitment to walk with families in their time
of grief and loss has made them trusted friends to many in both Milverton
and New Hamburg.
Trevor Jutzi
Born in Milverton, Trevor was actually raised in both the New Hamburg
and Milverton Communities. He has been employed in various capacities
with the funeral home, officially receiving his funeral directors licence
and joining our firm in 1990. Since becoming the owner in 2003, Trevor
has continued his commitment to caring, professional service here at
the funeral home as well as a broad involvement in sporting in both
communities.
Ellen Jutzi
A lifelong native of Milverton, Ellen has worked with the Jutzi Family
since becoming a member in 1989, upon her marriage to Trevor. Ellen
received her funeral directors licence in 1991 and was employed at Schreiter-Sandrock
Funeral Home in Kitchener from 1990 to 1999. Now acting as co-owner,
assisting in day to day operations, keeping involved in the community
and tending to the needs of her children fill up Ellen's time.
Andrew Koch
Born and raised in New Hamburg, Andy has been employed in various capacities
with our family since 1992. After graduating the University of Guelph
in 1996, Andy attended Humber College receiving his funeral directors
licence in 1998. Currently residing with his family in New Hamburg,
Andy has learned to know many families in the Milverton community as
well.
Currently Traci Jutzi, Ken & Katherine Roth and
Mike & Norma Weiler all provide much needed day to day assistance
on a part-time basis. We really appreciate their care and commitment.
