LEIS, Clara – passed away peacefully with family by her side on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Stratford General Hospital, Stratford. Clara Leis of Milverton in her 85th year.

Dear mother of Stephen & Katherine of London, James & wife Laurie of Trowbridge, Warren of Brunner and Ryan & wife Tania of Milverton. Sadly missed by her 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Survived by her brothers & sisters Mary & Delmar Bender, Irene Troester, Bud & Ruth Gerber and John & Judy Mohr. Sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law Elizabeth Gerber, Doris Steckly, Stan Leis & wife Mary, Lyle Leis & wife Barb.

Clara is predeceased and now reunited with her beloved husband Lester Leis, who predeceased her January 2, 2021, parents John K. and Anna (Yoder) Gerber, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; John Gerber & wife Pauline, Frieda & husband David H. Jutzi, Hans Troester, Ruth & husband Gerry Schlitt, Stanley Steckly.

A private family viewing and Service will take place at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer St. Milverton with interment in Poole Mennonite Church Cemetery.
